Parcel Insurance Details:
If you have not received your goods after the indicated time frame, please contact our Customer Service Team, however please note we are unable to investigate to locate a lost order if you have chosen an uninsured method of transit.
Our optional $2.95 parcel insurance will cover your parcel in the event it is lost or damaged within transit.
However, if you choose an uninsured method of transit, Elle J Hair Products & our couriers will not be held responsible for any lost parcels or damage that occurs during transit. Any lost or damaged parcels will not be replaced or credited.
Our Parcel Insurance DOES cover when an item is lost or damaged, where after an investigation you will be issued with either a replacement or a credit. However it DOES NOT cover your parcel from theft from your premises.

Orders will be processed on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is Australia Post and Couriers Please (depending on your area). We kindly ask that you anticipate approximately 3-5 business days for standard shipping (an increased timeframe for rural areas). All estimated delivery times do not include handling and dispatch.
*Delivery of orders to remote areas or high order volumes may take longer than expected.
All orders must be sent to a registered Australian Postal Address.

While we are not currently experiencing any shipment delays from our warehouse, during this exceptionally busy time for online shopping, Australia Post are seeing a large uplift in parcels processing through their network. This may result in some delays in the updating of online tracking information (up to a 24 hour delay) and delivery delays. You will receive an automated email once your order has been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes the Australia Post or Couriers Please tracking number that you will be able to use to track your order.

CHANGE OR CANCEL AN EXISTING ORDER
If you need to change an order you have already placed, please contact a Customer Service Representative at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "My Order". To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note if the order has already been processed, we will be unable to change or cancel it.
We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.
